Conifer Electronics was established by a team of professionals, combining extensive expertise in RFIC design with a strong background in marketing and business development, particularly in leading start-ups.
Conifer Electronics provides Electrical Design Automation (EDA) tools tailored for integrated circuit design, with a particular focus on high-frequency applications.
Conifer’s mission is to enable RF integrated circuit designers to quickly synthesize optimal RF passive networks, including matching networks, using real component models.

Dr. Milenko Milicevic
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Dr. Milenko Milicevic has 13 years of professional experience in analog/RF IC design. His technical background mostly focuses on high-frequency integrated circuits for mm-wave radar and communication systems.
Read moreSince 2012. he has been working at TES Electronic Solutions GmbH as an R&D senior design engineer and system architekt in the analog/RF design team, where he participated in the design of: MB-OFDM UWB (3.1 – 10.6 GHz) transceiver chipset for professional applications. UWB low power, low data rate (3.1 – 10.6 GHz) transceiver chipset for sensor networks. Ultrasonic sensor chipset for automotive applications. Position sensor chipset for automotive applications. RFID keyless entry chipset for automotive applications. High speed OFDM (60 GHz) transceiver chipset for professional applications. FMCW radar (120 GHz) transceiver chipset for phased array radar professional applications. In 2025, he founded Conifer where he works as technical advisor. Milenko received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2010, 2012, and 2019, respectively. He is author and co-author of several scientific papers in international journals and conferences, as well as co-author of granted patent related to mm-wave radar sensor.
Dr.-Ing. Milan Babic

Dr.-Ing. Milan Babic has been working in both academia and industry, with over 13 years of professional experience in the field of RF, analog and mixed-signal ICs.
Read moreHe obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He started his career in industry and from 2012 to 2014 he worked on analog and mixed-signal ICs for consumer applications. From 2014 to 2019 he was a research assistant at Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU), Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany, and at Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics (IHP), Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, with his research being focused on substrate noise reduction in mixed-signal integrated circuits. In 2022 he obtained his Dr.-Ing. degree from BTU and received the annual award for the best doctoral thesis completed at IHP. Since 2019 he has been working in German industry in the field of automotive electronics as an ASIC engineer.
Dr. Jovan Markovic

Dr. Jovan Marković is an entrepreneur and management expert (PhD in Sports Management). He founded the successful "Prestiz" Grammar School and acts as a consultant for the VoiceToys start-up, driving its expansion across the Western Balkans. He is a former national badminton champion.

He holds a Doctorate in Sports Management from the Faculty of Management in Sport, Alfa University, Belgrade. His entrepreneurial success includes being the founder and first director of the "Prestiz" Sports and IT Grammar School in Belgrade. He successfully led all preparatory activities and positioned the school in the market. In just two years of operation, the gymnasium enrolled over 100 students. He is also an active business consultant and a team member for the "VoiceToys" start-up. Dr. Marković was instrumental in developing the product from the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase to successfully expanding and acquiring dozens of clients across the Western Balkans region, with a tendency toward further growth. Academically, he has worked as a lecturer and researcher at several higher education institutions, including the “MBS” College of Academic Studies (where he created and taught the “Business Communication” course) and the Faculty of Sport at Union – Nikola Tesla University. He also served as an Assistant Project Manager on the international project, “Quality Infrastructure in the Western Balkans.” In sports, he was a multiple champion of the FR Yugoslavia in badminton in singles and men’s doubles, and a long-time national team member. He holds coaching diplomas from the World and European Badminton Federations. Dr. Marković has published numerous scientific and professional papers and has been a member of MENSA Serbia since 1999.
